Example of various duties: filing, reception, data entry, clerical, and administrative.The Clerical Relief Clerk must be flexible to work at all of the following locations:Surrey Transit CentreNorth Vancouver Transit CentreSeaBusPort Coquitlam Transit CentreGatewayBurnaby Transit CentreOakridge Transit CentreRichmond Transit CentreTransLink locations (Metro Tower II, Security)Working days are Monday - Friday; however, some locations may vary. The rate of pay is contingent upon the job assignment, and the job assignments are on an on-call basis.QualificationsYou must possess the following skills and experience:Grade 12 graduation, including successful completion of courses in MS Office 97: MS Word.Excel, Access & PowerPoint.Typing speed: minimum 40 words per minute.6 months previous related clerical/administrative experience in an office environment.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Adaptable and dependable.Excellent telephone skills.Must be available for assignments on short notice.Other InformationRecruitment Process: An applicant will be required to demonstrate their suitability for this position by meeting the minimum level of qualifications and experience in order to be invited into the selection process.
