This will include vehicle walk-arounds, advising on repairs that are needed, ensuring the customer purchases all recommended services and continuous follow up so your customer knows exactly what is happening with their vehicle. You will be required to open/close and assign Repair Orders to techs through CDK.RequirementsA minimum of 2 years of proven dealership experiencePrevious experience as a Service Advisor at a manufacturer dealershipCDK experience is a huge assetOutgoing friendly personality with the ability to find common ground with anyoneStrong time management skillsAbility to work until 6pm and on Saturdays when requiredTraining and SupportWe support all our valued staff with training that helps them succeed throughout their career, from the first days to later refining your management or other defined career skills.
