The position is responsible for customer assistance, fare inspection, passenger counts, limited mechanical/electrical fault correction, emergency response, security and minor custodial functions.For faregate monitoring only, additional duties include faregate monitoring, activation of all faregates, and receiving customer assistance calls.QualificationsEDUCATION
