Record, process and collect fees, and make reimbursements. Work with a cash register, compile and record statistical data, fill out forms, sales reports and bank deposits, and use a computer system or point of sale and booking system. Support in the coordination and delivery of events and activities. Assist interpreters in preparing and delivering various interpretation programs, including giving guided tours in English and in French. May welcome and orient campers. Possibly assist with the cleaning and maintaining of Parks Canada Agency buildings/facilities.Training will be provided as required.Work environmentThe Isthmus of Chignecto, the land bridge between New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, has been a focus of overland travel routes for centuries for the area #39;s Indigenous people and the Europeans who followed. In the heart of Mi #39;kma #39;ki, in the Chignecto isthmus, this star-shaped fort, built in 1751, became the scene of three acts of war between France and Great Britain, the deportation of the Acadians and the tearing apart of British North America.History buffs and culture lovers will enjoy touring the ruins of a star-shaped fort that was vital to the 18th-century struggle between France and Britain over Acadie.   • Possession of a valid First Aid and CPR certification;
  • Possession of a valid Driver #39;s license.
