In particular, Soldiers Memorial Hospital (SMH) is seeking an Emergency Physician to fill a 1.0 FTE. The successful candidate may also participate in teaching through the Annapolis Valley site family medicine residency program and/or with medical students through Dalhousie University.As the successful candidate you will join a province-wide network of Emergency Departments, referral centres, and integrated air/ground EMS system providing quality care to acutely ill and injured patients in Nova Scotia.The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team at your Emergency Department site providing leadership in the resuscitation and stabilization of major trauma patients and critically ill patients that present to the Emergency Department.
