We are looking for an experienced Fixed Operations Manager to join our GM dealerships in Middleton & Digby, NS!The Opportunity:In this role, you will be responsible for the overall success of the Service and Parts Departments of both dealerships. You will monitor the workflow of both departments to help maximize synergies and performance. You will review monthly sales/profits and assist in the planning of goals and objectives. You will create an exceptional customer service experience by maintaining customer relationships, delivering quality service, recommending the best products and services, and addressing any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally. You will ensure that your team is committed to maintaining a good CSI and review/revise service orders and promoting the importance of regular vehicle maintenance.What were looking for:You have a proven track record of strong leadership skills; coaching planning and training. You are well versed in all aspects of fixed operations, client relations, inventory management, and basic technical knowledge regarding service, warranties, and repairs. You are comfortable reporting on industry metrics, productivity, efficiencies and shop performance and improvements. You have experience in social media resolution and are competent in creating and maintaining marketing plans. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can stay organized when the day might throw you a curveball. You have knowledge of warranty guidelines and the ability to relate them to the service team. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and staff in a professional manner. Weekly travel between our Middleton and Digby dealerships will be required.Must haves:You must have a valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record, clean criminal record. You have 3-5 years of Service and Parts experience, including experience in a management or leadership role.
