We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team at Mill Bay Dental Health & Implant Centre in Mill Bay, BC.We are willing to train and support the successful candidate through a recognized dental assisting program to eventually achieve certification. Details to be discussed with the successful candidate. We also offer competitive pay, life insurance, extended health benefits and a uniform allowance.Key Responsibilities· Perform clinical chairside assisting duties during dental procedures.· Clean and prepare treatment rooms following proper protocols.· Assist in the maintenance of dental charts, records and databases.· Establish strong patient relationships in a professional manner.· Support other front office team with tasks, as required.Position Requirements· Experience in a dental clinic environment would be preferred.· Strong verbal and written communication skills.· Ability to multi-task and organize a fast paced daily schedule.· Demonstrated experience working independently within a multi-disciplinary team environment.· Proficient computer skills including practice management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) would be considered an asset.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:
