Job Description

This position is also part of the ROCKWOOL Group international ROPEX community.What you will be doing:

  • This key position will drive improvements based on the ROCKWOOL Operational Excellence program (ROPEX) at the factory.
  • You will manage and set the agendaamp; targets for ROPEX from strategic planning to execution of kaizens and improvement initiatives and be responsible for implementation and results.
  • You will be an agent of change by leading training events and ensuring continuous development of ROPEX maturity levels by building a strong continuous improvement culture and realizing tangible business results.
What you bring:
  • Industrial Engineering degree or comparable education
  • +5 years #39; experience within companies/industries which are suitable for the role e.g. process, industrial or engineering where they have driven changes effectively
  • Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing implementations with proven success in results and cultural change
  • Strong analytical skills for analyzing problems and proposing corrective actions
  • Competent in MS Office (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project)
  • Practical experience establishing Oobeya Management System for shop floor hourly employees, supervisors, and management
  • Demonstrated leadership and change management competencies to drive change
  • Solid working experience with systematic problem solving (e.g. A3s, 8Ds)
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge and/or certification
  • Skilled in training, facilitation, and coaching
  • Strong communication skills with ability to adapt communication at all levels in a professional manner
