Therefore, your customer-service skills are essential to this role as you strive to exceed the expectations and needs of customers and maintain a positive relationship with all clients through effective communication. You will ensure a flawlessly executed event through accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment. You will continuously met with guests on site to ensure that their needs are met and the equipment setup is working properly, monitor events and check in on customers throughout the day.
