Therefore, in addition to reference checks, a knowledge test or additional interview may be required.► Step 5: AppointmentIf the hiring manager has determined that you meet the requirements for the position, you will receive an official notification from Human Resources. Should you be selected for the position, the hiring manager will contact you directly.
