Morris Equipment Ltd is a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of air seeding, tillage, and hay hauling equipment.We are currently recruiting to fill a permanent, part time position for a Health & Safety Coordinator to join our team in our manufacturing facilities in Minnedosa, MB.The Health & Safety Coordinator is responsible for formulating safety policies that cover safety rules and regulations. Communicate safety plans, rules and procedures, and continuous monitoring of identifying and controlling workplace hazards. Provide direction for management and leadership and ensure employee involvement in safety responsibilities.The successful candidate must posses a certificate or diploma in Health and Safety or designation such as the Canadian Registered Safety Professionals (CRSP) with 3 years relevant experience in a manufacturing role. Comprehensive knowledge of Federal and Provincial Health and Safety legislation. Good leadership skills with the ability to plan, organize and prioritize.
