Job Description

Heritage Co-op is accepting applications for a Technical Support AnalystBased out of our Administration Office located in Minnedosa, MBWho we are:Co-op does business differently. As a co-operative, we believe in working together to serve Western Canadians, delivering profits back to our communities and investing in sustainable growth.Our core values are Integrity, Excellence and ResponsibilityWhat you’ll do:Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Innovation, the Technical Support Analyst will be responsible to support information technology systems and users, install computer systems and software, and maintain computer networks and connectivity. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues via phone, remote, and in-person. The successful candidate will communicate regularly with Team Members and collaborate as a Team.Key Attributes Required for Success:

  • The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively between telephone calls and inbound tickets.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills for the most efficient resolution and/or escalations.
  • 2 years prior experience in a B2B AND OR B2C support role.
Who you are:
  • Post-secondary education in Technology or equivalent work experience
  • 3-4+ years’ experience in a Help Desk role
  • Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience
  • Proven experience providing Level 1&2 Technical support – desktops, printers, phones (VOIP), etc.
  • Basic understanding of Windows servers and networking
  • Understanding of Office 365 management, Microsoft Exchange Online, and Active Directory
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, business applications and POS systems.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced computer technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills focused on end user satisfaction
  • Guest-oriented and cool-tempered
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends whenever necessary
  • Ability to travel throughout our trading area
