Operations SupervisorExciting opportunity for an Operations Supervisor with 3PL logistics experience! Lead daily warehouse activities (receiving, order prep, shipping) in a fast-paced environment serving major clients in manufacturing, aerospace, and transport. Day shift, full-time, Mirabel-based, with competitive salary and benefits.What is in it for you:• Salary starting at $65.000.• Day shift, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am. to 3:30 pm.• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.• Permanent position, fully on-site in Mirabel.• Comprehensive group insurance plan.• Cell phone provided or monthly allowance.• 3 weeks of vacation.• 5 paid sick days, with 5 additional unpaid days available.Responsibilities:• Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up on their questions and requests.• Oversee all warehouse operations (receiving, shipping, order preparation, etc.).• Supervise daily activities and ensure order accuracy.• Manage and evaluate the performance of employees under your supervision.• Ensure the adoption of safe methods, procedures, and behaviors among employees.• Enforce health and safety regulations, company policies, and work procedures; investigate incidents and accidents.• Keep systems and transactions up to date, analyze recurring issues, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement of the management system.• Maintain accurate product inventory.• Adhere to the allocated warehouse operations budget.• Work closely with managers of other warehouse locations.• Actively participate in profitability projects and initiatives led by the company.• Motivate teams to achieve company goals related to quality, cost, production, delivery, inventory, and compliance.• Foster a positive and respectful work environment.What you will need to succeed:• College diploma in Operations Management and Logistics or equivalent training.• 5+ years of relevant experience in transportation, distribution, and 3PL logistics.• Proficiency in integrated management systems such as ERP, WMS, or SAP.• Strong command of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).• Inspiring leadership with a strong results-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.• Ability to develop succession plans, build team skills, and lead a multidisciplinary team.• Sense of urgency, ability to manage priorities and stress in a fast-paced environment.• In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and best practices.• Flexibility and availability based on operational needs.• Proficiency in French and English, spoken and written, to ensure effective communication with clients and partners from diverse markets.
