Invest in yourself and join Agropur to realize your full potential.We have an immediate opening for a Full Time Accounts Receivable Clerk at our Miramichi Location. The successful candidate will undergo three weeks of training.Perform all duties relating to the position of Accounts Receivable Clerk, Administration Department, including:1) Reconcile customer accounts.2) Process customer payments and adjustments.3) Respond to customer inquiries.4) Maintain file system for customer payment detail.5) Follow up on account discrepancies.6) Prepare and post journal entries.7) Prepare sales adjustment.8) Complete daily billings and run handhelds.9) Record customer payments.These duties are only the basic and prime duties of the position; related duties will be assigned from time to time as may become necessary to the operation of the Administration department.QUALIFICATIONS:1) Minimum Grade 12 education supplemented with accounting courses.2) Minimum three (3) years office experience with proven experience in the field of accounting.3) Strong communication skills and ability to deal with others.4) Strong analytical skills.5) Ability to handle detail.6) Strong communication skills and ability to deal with the public.7) Must be able to work efficiently with limited supervision.8) Must be neat and clean in appearance with a pleasant personality.
