Job Description

This position will be instrumental in supporting both business and consumer customers; providing a full range of customer services including but not limited to phone interactions, email and/or chat processing, while using a multitude of computer programs. The Service Center Agent works on a Team to collaborate the best solutions for our clients and customers. This position reports to a Team Lead.- Provides primary support to customers and client partners by assessing customer #39;s level of understanding; educating and influencing the customer to use self-service options available to them.- Assists customers by researching policies and procedures to resolve customer issues.- Escalate matters to next-level support when necessary to resolve issues within specified timeframes.- Offers insight into process gaps to leadership to ensure processes are documented with the most up to date information.- Will work on Special projects in an as needed basis to assist with business needs.- High school diploma preferred.- 1+ years call center experience preferred.- Customer Service Oriented, Positive attitude- Professional Demeanor and Courteousamp; Written and Verbal Communications.- Self-Motivated, ability to Multi-Task, Detail Oriented.- Ability to Organize and Prioritize Time Effectively.- Type 25 WPM; Proficient in MS Office applications.- Background check.- Up to 8 hours a day seatedRequisition ID: 2023-19866External Company Name: Blackhawk NetworkExternal Company URL: www.blackhawknetwork.comStreet: 410 King George HighwayRemote: No
