The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Cisco Webex solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that our solutions meet business requirements and provide a high level of availability, security, and performance.Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support Cisco Webex solutions to meet business requirements
• Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Develop and maintain architecture and design documentation for Cisco Webex solutions
• Ensure that Cisco Webex solutions are secure, highly available, and performant
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cisco Webex solutions
• Collaborate with other technical teams to integrate Cisco Webex solutions with other systems
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Cisco Webex technologies and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members

Requirements

• Bachelor #39;s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco Webex solutions
• Expert-level knowledge of Cisco Webex technologies, including Webex Meetings, Webex Teams, and Webex Calling
• Strong understanding of networking technologies and protocols
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cisco certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE, are a plus
