Job Description

Fulltime – PermanentMississauga, ON, CanadaUnder the responsibility of the Sales Manager, the primary function is to promote and sell all the company #39;s services, to maintain and develop new business opportunities in order to meet budget objectives.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct systematic market intelligence in order to find business opportunities.
  • Identify potential customers and qualify them.
  • Build, develop and foster good business relationships vital to the success of the department both internally and externally.
  • Participate in various generating business events (conventions, conferences, other ...).
  • Write and submit bids alone or with members of the team.
  • Provide bids and quotations, participate in negotiations.
  • Participate in the preparation and negotiation of major tenders.
  • Communicate client expectations to team members and follow up until integration at the operational level.
  • Manage closely and consistently the customer relationships by using the support of the various departments of the company.
  • Participate actively in problem solving.
  • Maintain and develop existing customer base in the CRM.
  • Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent organization skills and be a proactive problem solver
  • Ability to manage own time and priorities workload to meet internal and external expectations Ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Must be proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent judgment skills and the ability to negotiate
  • Relationship management skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients
