The overall objective of this role is to understand the process and technical complexities of performing application builds, deployments, and releases Improve and extend the existing process to an unattended delivery pipeline (Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Testing).**_In this position, you #39;ll be responsible for (but not limited to):_**+ Technically planning the migration and implementation of legacy code into microservices.+ Establishing and fine-tuning end to end monitoring and alert system with dashboard for the microservices.+ Engineering/re-engineering/reverse engineering CI-CD pipeline as and when needed as per changing demands of application or company policies or market standards.+ Triaging and troubleshooting production issues and blameless postmortems for incidents.+ Researching and implementing ways to automate the management of our infrastructure.+ Collaborate closely with multiple team such as engineering, datacenter, vendor just to name few.+ Support development and production support teams across our growing development, UAT, and production environments on OpenShift.+ Building out uptime, latency, and error and capacity monitoring for the stack.+ Taking part in on-call rotation for support as and when needed+ Securing microservices and underlying infrastructure from attacks and threat present on internet using best in class security standars**_Qualifications:_**+ 6 to 9 years of industry experience in DevOps Engineering related to Continuous Integration/Delivery solutionsamp; Platform Automation+ 2+ years of experience on OpenShift+ 2+ years of experience on Kafka/Rabbit MQ+ Fundamental understanding of OCP 4.x operators+ Experience supporting Linux systems hosted in a cloud environment - We #39;re using AWS/GCP (specifically EC2, EKS, OpenShift, Elastic Cache, and S3, to name a few).+ Understanding of Docker, Crio, CyberArk, Appdynamics+ Experience working with Ansible Playbook and Ansible Tower+ Experience with developing infrastructure as code using Terraform+ 3+ Source Code Management, Continuous Integration/Delivery Solutions expertise. Knowledge of either: (Git, Bitbucket, Udeploy)+ 3+ years of experience on any one CI tool such as TeamCity or Jenkins+ 2+ years of experience using SonarQube+ 3+ years of experience on Python and Shell scripting.+ 2+ Years of experience on Repository Management tools (Artifactory/Nexus)+ Knowledge of Traditional and No SQL DB is preferred+ Knowledge of Weblogic will be considered as an added advantage+ Public cloud engineering/architecture experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus**_Education:_**+ Bachelor of Engineering/ Masters degree in Computer Science / Bachelors degree in Computer Science and minimum Total DevOps Experience of 7 yearsThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
