Position: Sr. Financial AnalystLocation: Mississauga, ONSalary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)Industry: Manufacturing / Food / Accounting / FinanceEmployment Term: Fulltime / Permanent Rolesamp; Responsibilities:

• Deliver insightful financial analysis and support budget and forecast processes,
• Partnering with different departments teams to drive data-driven decisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Reconcile and maintain general ledger accounts.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualificationsamp; Experience:

• Post-secondary education in Accounting or a related field.
• Professional designation (CPA, CFA, or MBA) preferred.
• 5+ years experience in a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
