In this role, you will drive the Sales and marketing efforts for cutting-edge hospitality technology in the Canadian market. Your primary focus will be on engaging businesses through online sales webinars and securing appointments for the field sales team. Through a combination of market research, communication skills, and proactive outreach, you will foster valuable relationships with potential clients and existing customers. ...Advantages-5 days in office role in Mississauga-Health and Dental Benefits -55-65k Salary ++ bonus ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:1.0: Inside-SalesMarket Engagement: Drive marketing initiatives for thermal cooking systems, inviting companies to online sales webinars and facilitating appointments for the field sales team.Prospect Qualification: Qualify leads through online research and phone communication, ensuring detailed records for customer interaction and support.Customer Lifecycle Management: Strategically engage existing customers, maximizing upsell opportunities and enhancing customer satisfaction.New Business Development: Proactively identify and qualify new business prospects, contributing to the expansion of the customer base.CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Salesforce) to enhance customer relationship management.2.0: After-SalesCustomer Support: Collaborate with existing customers, guiding them to utilize after-sales offerings effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.Training Coordination: Schedule and organize training sessions through the Academy platform for customers.3.0: MarketingGeneral Support: Assist the marketing department as needed, contributing to various marketing initiatives.QualificationsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Cold Calling: Preferred experience in cold calling techniques.Communication Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting via phone, email, and virtual platforms like Microsoft Teams.Industry Knowledge: Preferred background in the hospitality industry; 5+ years of experience in kitchen/catering industry.LANGUAGE SKILLS:Bilingual Proficiency: not required but an assetCommunication: Ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Numerical Proficiency: Ability to calculate figures, handle marketing budget cost centers, and apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.SummaryIf you have what it takes this role and are fully bilingual please apply online and we will get back to those who are qualified for this position.
