Position: Business Applications Manager Location: Mississauga / Hybrid (2 times on-site/week) Job Type: Permanent, full-timeOur client, a prominent manufacturing company, seeks a Business Applications Manager with expertise in Dynamics 365 F amp;O or AX to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.As a member of the Global IT Leadership Team, you will report directly to the Director of Technology. This role will provide strategic leadership to the Business Applications team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. You #39;ll coach and empower the team, oversee D365 F amp;O implementation, deploy corporate IT strategy and standards, ensure compliance, evaluate emerging technologies, manage resources effectively, offer expert IT services, assess business requests, collaborate with IT Operations, maintain supplier relationships, and actively engage in cross-functional teams. Key Requirements:- Excellent leadership capabilities with at least 3 years of people management experience, leading ERP implementations - Proficiency in enterprise applications with 2+ years of experience supporting Dynamics 365 F amp;O or AX, is essential - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are a must - Strong technical background with ability to communicate effectively on technical and business issues - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Some occasional travel across Canada might be required Interested Please send your resume to Zhanna Zajac at zhanna.zajac@quantum-qtr.com.
