Job Description

We are searching for a Shop Foreman in the Mississauga, ON region. A licensed 310T or 310J Mechanic, with experience in a leadership position. This opening will be directly overseeing Trailer Repair operations, coordinating work schedules, managing repairs and work orders, ensuring proper documentation, and working alongside upper management.Compensation:

• $85,000 - $95,000/year
• Full Benefits Post 90-Days
• Healthamp; Dental Coverage
• Toolamp; Boot Allowances

Shift/Schedule:

• Day Shift (7:00am Start)
• Monday to Friday

Requirements:

• Valid 310T or 310J License
• Previous lead hand, trainer or leadership experience
• Competent with Safety inspections, Trailer repairs
• Own Tools, Valid drivers License
