Job Description

As an Engineering Technician at JobCart Inc, you will play a vital role in supporting the engineering team in various aspects of product development and testing. You will be responsible for assisting with the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of new products or product improvements
  • Conduct tests and experiments to gather data and analyze results
  • Assist with the fabrication and assembly of prototype parts and systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to solve technical issues
  • Document and communicate test procedures and results
  • Provide technical support to other departments as needed
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Engineering Technology or related field
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
  • Proficient in using engineering software and tools
  • Experience with CAD software for 2D and 3D modeling
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping and testing equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Experience in product development and testing is preferred
