The Director is responsible for developing, evaluating, and implementing company policies and procedures, positioning HR as a strategic partner in the organization’s success.The Director will collaborate closely with various departments, regions, and business units to achieve both business and people-related objectives. This includes ensuring best practices across areas such as Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Employee Development, HR Governanceamp; Compliance, Healthamp; Safety, and Employee Relations. Additionally, the Director will develop, lead, and execute initiatives that align with the company #39;s values, fostering consistency, cohesion, and alignment across the organization.The successful candidate will be a demonstrated thought leader with strong leadership capabilities, demonstrating experience overseeing multiple facilities across Canada and the U.S. within a fast-paced manufacturing or similar environment.Responsibilities
