You will be responsible for taking internet customers through the entire buying process from start to finish or as far as they will let you take them. Through whatever method of communication they prefer (text, messenger, phone, email, morse code... etc) introduce yourself, answer their questions, & ask them questions. Help them make the right buying decision for them, including arranging financing and buying protection products.This is an immense opportunity to handle upward of 150 inquiries monthly and have access to inventory across the entire group.We are hiring a Sales PRO!PROfessionalPROactivePROductiveWhy You Should Work Here

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take the customer through the entire buying process via the method of their choosing.
• Sell the vehicle, apparel, accessories and protection products such as extended warranty.
• Follow up diligently with all customers before and after the sale.
• Ensure CRM is updated completely and accurately.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Offer 5-Star, white glove service.

Compensation:

• Commission on the sale of the vehicle, protection products, as well as accessories.

Qualifications and Requirements - these are a must:

• Fluent in English & French (Read, Write, Speak)
• Extremely comfortable texting and messaging as primary communication methods.
• Excellent Communicator.
• Strong at relationship building.
• Good computer skills - in particular, a great typer.
• Tremendous customer service.
• Reliable.
• Great teammate.
• Excellent attitude & work ethic.
• Reliable transportation.
• G License with good driving record.
• High School diploma.

Assets - these arent mandatory but they certainly give you an edge.

• Youre not only great at sales but you love it.
• Good understanding of credit and financing.
• Interested in ATVs, Side by Sides, boats, motorcycles, etc
• Have had success in sales driven roles before.
• BONUS POINTS - Demonstrated experience crushing F&I sales (warranty, gap, etc)

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per yearBenefits:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• sales: 1 year (preferred)
