Job Description

Predictable Revenue is a growing sales company headquartered in the Gastown area of Vancouver, BC. Built in partnership with Aaron Ross, author of the award-winning and best-selling book of the same name (Predictable Revenue), we’ve built the Accelerate program to jumpstart companies new to outbound sales and help them build successful teams.Position RoleAs an Account Executive, you will be a key member of our sales team and partner with our SDRs to move the needle forward in our business.Your Mission (should you choose to accept it...):

  • Turn prospects into clients, and help set them up for success by aligning their needs with our solutions
  • Engage in meaningful sales conversations with high-level executives, and effectively communicate our value proposition to move deals forward
  • Quickly follow up with meetings that our inbound/outbound SDRs are booking (yes, we have teams that book meetings for you, no more cold calling!)
Responsibilities & RequirementsWhat you’ll be getting up to:
  • Meetings will show up on your calendar
  • You’ll chat with cool and interesting prospects over video (zoom)
  • Understand the goals your prospects trying to achieve
  • Make recommendations on how we can best help them
  • Closing deals (do we really need to say this for a sales job It’s obvious right)
  • Handing off your closed deals to our Accounts team - they’ll be taking care of them long term and need to be in the know
  • Following up with prospects/old deals/etc... we have systems that make it super easy but you still gotta put the work in
  • And yes… we will expect you to prospect as well (As a part of your training and onboarding). How else will you know exactly the challenges our prospects face and how we help them

  • Have a track record of crushing quotas
  • Are naturally curious
  • Are self-motivated and results oriented
  • Have a keen desire to continue growing their skills
  • Good on the phone
  • Know how to keep yourself organized in Salesforce
  • Can keep up in our fast-paced environment
  • Have 1-2 years of sales experience in a B2B role
