Job Description

Your career growth is as important to us as the network you build and the people you help along the way. At Portia, we believe that the key to success lies in the talent, passion, and drive of our team members. We’re not just looking for someone to fill a role - we’re looking for someone to grow with us. As an Account Representative, you’ll have the chance to dive into hands-on customer engagement while developing the skills that will set you on a path toward management. Whether you #39;re connecting with customers face-to-face or sharpening your organizational skills in the office, you #39;ll be an essential part of a team that values integrity, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. Account Representative’s duties:

  • Engage directly with prospects and customers, work face-to-face, building relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met, all while delivering exceptional service. Your ability to connect with people and understand their unique requirements will be key to your success in this role.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned accounts, manage account activities, ensuring smooth communication and managing any concerns that arise. You’ll be the go-to person for clients, providing updates and offering solutions to keep everything on track.
  • Track and monitor progress; handle back-office tasks such as tracking account performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay on top of all compliance requirements and make sure client interactions and account activities align with our standards and guidelines; maintain clear and accurate documentation for reporting purposes.
  • Work closely with our management to gain insights and learn the skills needed to develop into a managerial role; assist in account analysis, strategic planning, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Act as the bridge between clients and various departments, ensuring that communication flows smoothly and that client expectations are met.
Count on the following perks:
  • Path to Growth! This role is the first step toward management. We offer personalized coaching and a clear career path so you can grow into leadership positions.
  • Face-to-Face and Back Office Skills! Gain experience working directly with customers while also sharpening your organizational, tracking, and compliance skills through behind-the-scenes work.
  • A Supportive Team Environment! You’ll be part of a positive, friendly team that loves what they do. We believe in supporting each other and celebrating our successes together!
  • Valuable Skills for the Future! Through our training, you’ll develop a deep understanding of customer relationship management, account operations, and human psychology, equipping you with tools that will help you succeed both in this role and beyond.
  • Competitive Payamp; Bonuses! We recognize hard work and offer base pay, with performance-based incentives to reward your success.
  • Paid Training! We’ll set you up for success with thorough, paid training to ensure you feel confident in your role from day one.
How do you succeed as the Account Representative:
  • Strong communication skills. You should be comfortable engaging with customers, prospects, and team members in a professional, clear, and approachable manner.
  • Problem-solving mindset is a must have. You can identify customer needs and offer effective solutions while remaining calm and patient.
  • Organizational skills. Managing accounts requires attention to detail and the ability to stay on top of tasks, documentation, and compliance tracking.
  • Desire for growth. You’re motivated to grow within the company, open to learning, and excited about the potential for promotion into a managerial role.
  • Team player. You value collaboration and understand that working as part of a supportive team will lead to success for you and the company.
  • Basic technical skills. Familiarity with CRM systems, tracking tools, and basic office software (like Microsoft Office or Google Suite) is helpful for this role.
  • Experience is a plus but not required. While previous experience in customer service or account management is beneficial, we’re more focused on finding someone with the right attitude and potential. We provide full training!
If you’re driven by growth, eager to manage your own success, and passionate about making a difference in people #39;s lives - you belong here, with us. Shape your future, take charge of your earnings, and help others along the way here, with us.Powered by JazzHR
