Our mission is to improve the wellbeing of Canadians.Job Title: Administrative Assistant AuditDepartment: Finance and TreasurerCompetition: 85329Internal/External: BothEmployment Type: Full Time PermanentLocation: Moncton, Main Street locationSalary: $35,100Reports To: Team LeadThe Provider Audit Team is responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of multiple Medical Health Benefit Programs. This role is primarily administrative in nature specific to the support of the Provider Audit Team. This position is responsible for handling confidential and sensitive information for the Fraud Audit Team. This role requires a high level of customer service, professionalism, and communication skills (verbal and written).Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, sort, process and distribute mail for the Provider Audit Team
  • Organize, print and manage verification letters for all customer contracts. Send and Receive
  • Monitor Provider Audit General Telephone Hotline and defer messages as required
  • Provide a positive and efficient customer service experience for providers and clients.
  • Monitor and Review Fax line and distribute to appropriate Provider Audit Team member
  • Maintain monthly reporting requirements and pertinent spreadsheets.
  • Maintain and manage the storage of protected documents.
  • Manage all Office supplies for Provider Audit Team
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in office
  • Post secondary course in Office Administration and/or Medical Office Administration
  • Knowledge of medical terminology considered and asset
  • 1-3 years office administration experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multi-tasker and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Mictosoft Office Suite of products
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset
