Indoor Play Space - Moncton Branch is looking for “Assistant Space Manager†a full-time job with minimum of 40 Hours per week.The Assistant Space Manager is responsible for supporting and assisting the Space Manager with all daily, weekly and monthly tasks this includes but not limited to:1. Administrative work related to staff tasks, work schedule, hiring new staff2. Create an efficient work environment between our staff to maintain company goals3. Detailed training and orientation of new staff to the space. As well as supervising, and identifying holes within knowledge and acting on a solution4. Promote Events booking and private event sales on monthly basis5. Provide excellent customer service, and problem-solving skills for any customer complaints when needed6. Inventory management and reordering with suppliers as directed by the space manager7. Managing our daily, weekly, and monthly opening and closing inspection checklists throughout the whole space to be completed as scheduled8. Manage and record all event booking throughout online system and exiting Point of sale (POS) system9. Understand the space rules and regulations, with full knowledge on all games and space activities10. Ensure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines. Make recommendations on termination of staff members when needed11. Ensures all cash handling procedures are upheld is accountable for store funds while running a shift.12. Responsible for space cash during absence of space managerJob Requirements: 1. You must be dedicated to working with children, and have open availability. Possibility of working Weekdays, Evenings, and Weekends. Full Time Hours.2. Must pass a criminal record check through the RCMP3. Must have Valid First Aid Training or be able to obtain First Aid Training within 30 days of being hired4. Must have driver license and/or consistent transportation with flexibility in their schedule5. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in space management or similar positionSalary: Full time job with minimum of 40 hours per week with no fixed schedule.Yearly salary range based on experience will start from $32,240Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $32,240.00 per yearBenefits:
