  • Systems maintenance
  • Scheduling for counsellors
  • Preparing and archiving closed counsellor files
  • Communicating via telephone, email and fax with network of Counsellors and Regional Managers
  • Other duties as required
Succeeding as a Bilingual Administrator, NIR will require the following core qualifications and skills:
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French is required, including the ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
  • College diploma in office administration preferred, or equivalent work experience required
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Exceptional documentation, follow-up skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with AS 400, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills, as well as strong written and oral communication skills, are essential
