Looking for a Maintenance building worker who is willing and able to do the job in a flexible time environment. Suitable for the retired individual who does want to do the job on the side. Willing to work after-hour (as required), weekend work, and scheduled on-call hours are required.Job Responsibilities:- Service and repair minor electrical and plumbing systems as needed.-Routine maintenance and Minor repairs/check to property buildings, and facilities.-Perform seasonal grounds maintenance including lawn maintenance, etc.-Be assigned to perform maintenance jobs in the different buildings site if needed.-Perform building repairs including drywall patching, paint, flooring, carpentry.
