The Community Management & Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for all web marketing projects within the brand to increase revenue, market share and customer loyalty.What we offer:

Responsibilities

• Social Media platform management – Create content calendar, manage social media suppliers, ensure the voice represents the brand who we are.
• Content creation – responsible for the content creation for all social media platforms, managing inhouse and supplier resources, going above and beyond to create innovative engaging posts.
• Community management: engaging with followers on all social media and review platforms and responding to comments and questions
• Website management - maintain, update and continuous improvement of the website in collaboration with our internal or external partners including SEO. Provide back up support for our Online ordering and 3rdparty aggregators.
• Support National advertising campaigns – Bring National campaigns to life on digital platforms in collaboration with our suppliers.
• SEM - Manage relationship with external partner to optimize SEM
• Email Newsletter: Responsible for the research, briefing, creation, programming, management and analysis of email newsletters.
• Management of the customer database.
• Provide support and digital training to franchisees.
• All other tasks related to Community management and digital marketing.

Profile

• Excellent communication and writing skills
• 2 to 3 years experience in digital marketing
• Excellent knowledge of online digital media, including websites, social media, email marketing and online advertising
• Experience implementing direct to consumer digital strategies for small business
• Strong understanding of the mechanics of prospect and customer database management, segmentation and development
• Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and web traffic indicators
• Excellent skills and experience in negotiating and managing external suppliers, such as web agencies, web developers, printers, etc.
• Team player, strong leadership skills and comfortable working in a multi-functional environment
• Have an agile approach, oriented towards obtaining quick and quantifiable results
• Ability to analyze
• Ability to take ownership of a project and drive it to success
• Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects and events simultaneously
• Self-starter and professional
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of social media and its influence
• Bilingualism is an asset (English and French).
