Job Description

Job Profile :-

  • Very good English Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal skills
  • Must have overall 15+ years of experience in IT field including managing technical engagements from concept to delivery in enterprise model
  • Managing customer Success team and engaging with customer for techno-commercial discussions.
  • Experience with the global service delivery model.
  • Engaging with customer for provisioning IT based services and solutions.
  • Working along with BU heads to ensure deliveries and manage escalations.
  • Working along with tagged customer as client partner and ensuring new business generation.
  • Should be very comfortable in dealing with Architecture, Technical Design, Program Planning, and proposed solution discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Working with Delivery leads / Business unit heads to ensure delivery of systems / application / solutions designed and developed for the customer.
  • Experience with Agile, DevOps, efficient delivery processes.
  • Ensure delivery for support and service engagement along with governance and reporting of the service or delivery.
  • Managing Support team (Customer Success / Branding / BA / Testing /QA / Certification / Compliance / Training teams)
  • Managing recruitment and smooth onboarding of technical Staff.
  • Building Proposals, Managing RFI, RFP’s & War Rooms & Customer Engagements
  • Strong understanding of Law, IPR & Privacy.
  • Strong Background and exposure in Business Analysis & project management.
  • Understanding of cyber security, Risk Management, business continuity, GRC, ISO & CMMI process will be added advantage.
  • Capable to understand, evolve and design security practices, processes & guidelines aligned to business priorities, quality & statutory objectives.
  • Master’s / Bachelor’s in computers applications is must.
  • Cyber security certification or higher educational background in cyber security will be given weightage.
