Job Description

An entrepreneurial company with a legacy of success, we pride ourselves on having a team of industry leading talent and an exciting plan for the future.Our Moncton, NB branch is currently looking for an Estimator to join their team.In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for Estimating, as well as Project Management of Renovations and small contract projects.Responsibilities:

  • Preparing quotes for building owners, contractors, and tenders opportunities
  • Completing pre-qualification documents, reviewing drawings/specifications, developing Proposals, Securing purchase orders/contracts;
  • Conducting site visits and liaising effectively with consultants, engineers, general contractors, site supervisors, and other trades; and
  • Coordinating the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crews
  • Coordination of design, material, labour, subcontractors, and change orders
Qualifications:
  • Post-Secondary Diploma preferred
  • 5 years experience in estimating is preferred
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team
  • Bilingual in English and French considered a strong asset
