Job Description

As an IT manager, you will work closely with the rest of our team to ensure that our company is using the most up-to-date technology to run our business. We are seeking an IT manager who will be responsible for ensuring that the hardware and software used by our company is compatible, secure, and scalable. You will also be responsible for managing our internal network, phone system and providing support for our staff.We offer various benefits such as:

Responsibilities
  • Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware and software troubleshooting and updates, network configuration, phone system manipulation, camera systems and software license control.
  • Ability to communicate and provide team members guidance and mentoring on technical solutions while increasing general productivity
  • Develop and provide training to support new technology and processes
  • Monitor and analyze the success of IT initiatives and projects and continually develop and evaluate new technologies and tools for the company
  • Support for front line users
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience managing an IT department and/or an IT Help Desk/Service
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, and/or or related field with experience/skills
  • Energetic team player with a high degree of initiative and innovation
Other important skills:
  • Hard working and able to work effectively without constant supervision
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
