Killam is focused on maximizing its value and long-term profitability through increasing earnings, expanding the portfolio through acquisitions and developing high-quality properties in its core markets.We are currently looking for a customer focused Live-in Resident Manager at 22 Westmount Blvd in Moncton. This building consists of 59 units. This is a full-time role, and the compensation includes a rent benefit and cash salary.Responsibilities:Administrative duties, light maintenance, and common area cleaningTenant relations, rental inquiries, and shared on-call dutiesManaging on-site daily activitiesBuilding and maintaining positive professional relationshipsQualifications:Proven communication skills, both written and oralBilingualism (French/English) is an assetAbility to work well in a team environment with minimal supervisionPrevious experience with Property Management industry and/or as a building superintendent is an assetPrevious experience in a customer service role is considered an assetApplication: Please fill out our online application form.Killam is an equal opportunity employer.
