Job descriptionHotel Maintenance Manager –This position reports to the General Manager and assists in the general, and technical maintenance of the inside and outside of the building.Duties and Responsibilities, outlined, but not limited to;· Provide courteous, professional, and technical service to all manner of property maintenance and equipment in accordance with standards and policies.· Service is performed on a variety of product, heating and cooling equipment, along with minor electrical and plumbing.· Perform preventative maintenance, technical and non technical throughout the building, guest rooms/conference rooms, lobby and common areas.· Complete required documentation in regards to Preventative Maintenance Program, and daily performance log sheet.· Maintain a clean and safe working environment, in shop area, including safe operation of equipment with regular housekeeping of workstations.· Assist others in maintenance department and all co-workers from other departments as required.· Participate in an on call rotation.· Promote local facility, and other facilities, services, and special offers.· Arrive promptly at the beginning of scheduled shift, shift beginning and end times may vary with the demand of the day(s) and will include weekends.· Participation of winter windshield snow/frost removal program.· Load and unload luggage as required.· Sweep exterior grounds, water plants/shrubs, shovel walkways.· Inspect roof and make up air equipment weekly· Paint, repair drywall· Complete boiler readings daily· Work with minimal supervision· Work with a spirit of teamwork ensuring superior customer service· Occasionally perform other duties as dictated by the needs of the business.Working Conditions: repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, working with others and alone, decision making, task planning, and organizing.This position greatly affects customer satisfaction, so it is imperative that this person has an eye for detail and a sense of quality workmanship.Job Types: Full-time,From $17.00 per hourSchedule:
