Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.Role SummaryThe Manager- Digital Analytics (Adobe) is responsible for helping our internal business functions understand and improve how clients experience our web sites and mobile apps. It’s an exciting opportunity to show off your consulting and analytics implementation expertise while also having the opportunity to use and develop your advanced data analysis skills.What will you do

• Estimate, plan and execute Adobe Analytics implementations.
• Consult on digital analytics business needs and requirements to ensure that they are practical, technically feasible and deliver on business value.
• Convert business needs and requirements into comprehensive solution designs for Tealium and Adobe Analytics.
• Perform data collection and reporting validation.
• Create technical and non-technical digital analytics guidance for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the overall administration of the Adobe Analytics platform, including user adoption, training and support.
• Continually optimize methodologies and processes based on business needs and industry advancements.

What will you need to succeed

• University degree in relevant field
• Minimum 5 years’ well-rounded experience implementing tag based web and mobile app analytics data collection and reporting using Adobe Analytics. This includes the full project cycle from requirements consulting and solution/tag design to technical validation and platform configuration.
• Tag management administration experience (ideally Tealium).
• Knowledge of the web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript and jQuery)
• Experience with Adobe Target helpful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Strong client service skills with an outstanding ability to partner with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Bilingualism (French, English) required for Quebec only

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
