Job Description

Job Profile :-

  • Very good English Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal skills
  • Must have overall 15+ years of experience in IT field, Minimum 4 years in Power PlatformConfigure & Implement Center of Excellence (CoE) kit
  • Deep functional knowledge for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge for Power Platform – Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, Dataverse, Power Apps Portal, PCF Controls
  • Experience in Solution Architecture for Business Requirements
  • Designing, describing, and presenting Solutions that meet the client’s requirements and are built on Microsoft Power Platform, including Azure&M365
  • Strong working knowledge of System Integration
  • Helping Business Analysts define functional and non-functional requirements
  • Can work directly with Customer and Business Users to programme requirements & processes
  • Preparing multiple design options that address customer needs and explain their pros and cons, including licensing nuances
  • Participate in the design of best practices
  • Implement Dev Ops for Power Platform
  • Must have experience working with different teams – internal, business users and virtual
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Marketplace and AppSource
  • Must have skill in presales, demo, solutions, RFI/RFP response
  • Hire and Provide training to teammates, responsible of building and managing team of professionals.
  • Mentoring development teams in order to ensure highest performance and quality
  • Involvement in pre-sales and consultancy in order to understand the client’s business, technical challenges and their context
  • Manage the R&D team for developing relevant technologies and products
  • Conduct events and workshops for Power Platform & Business Applications
  • Should have cleared the Microsoft Certifications: PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, PL-600
