Ground Floor Property Management is currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Office Administrator.This is a full-time position with a growth-oriented company in the fast-paced work environment of property management (residential and commercial properties). Backed by our entrepreneurial spirit, passion, and commitment to great customer service and satisfaction, we have acquired a large portfolio of apartments being a leading provider of multifamily housing with apartment units located throughout Moncton, Dieppe, and Riverview.Since our inception in 2009, we are continuing with this aggressive growth plan. Managing all aspects of tenant collections, evictions, late rents, and security deposits2. Manage and review financial statements of multiple tenants3. Perform administrative duties such as filing, arrears, tenant correspondence, rental increase letters, etc.4. Assist in answering phone calls5. Correspond with The Office of the Rentalsman/Forms6. Troubleshooting Tenant property and tenant issues7. Letter writing8. Meeting deadlines9. Manage tenant turnover policies10. Other related dutiesQualifications:1. Minimum 1-3 years of related experience required2. Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels of the organization and withexternal partners3. Fluently bilingual4. Possess strong organizational and time management skills5. Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills6. Excellent communication skills, written and spoken7. Strong computer skills in both Microsoft Office and Excel8. Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy9. Being proactive10. Attention to detail11.
