Job Description

Subsidiary: Miller Paving LimitedLocation: Moncton, NBAs a Plow Operator, You Will:

  • Operate a plow truck
  • Comply with Miller Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) polices and ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Perform road maintenance activities on municipal roads
  • Conduct daily circle checks on vehicles, clean and maintain vehicles, and perform equipment maintenance as required
  • Other duties as assigned
What Youll Bring:
  • Valid class 3 driver’s license with driver’s abstract meeting Miller expectations
  • Mechanical knowledge and experience with general equipment maintenance, considered an asset
  • Experience in snow and ice control considered an asset
  • Effective communication skills to accurately document daily activities
  • Excellent team player to work productively in a highly functional team
  • Ability to remain flexible with shift schedules, and extended hours (evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays)
  • Available to respond to call-ins within thirty minutes
  • Willingness to work and drive in extreme weather conditions
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs
