Your focus will be on extended health benefits including solutions targeted toward mental health and chronic disease management. You will manage full product lifecycle activities and help build product roadmaps that are aligned with our broader strategic objectives.In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the organization and external partners. You will be the subject matter expert for your products and up to date on industry trends and the competitive landscape.Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve day-to-day product inquiries in a timely manner and identify opportunities for efficiency
  • Build and maintain product documentation/collateral throughout product lifecycle
  • Adhere to product management best practices when enhancing/creating new solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop collaborative end-to-end processes and solutions
  • Serve as key liaison to support business development with questions, presentations, RFPs
  • Monitor and share insight into industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Train internal stakeholders on existing and new products
  • Identify and champion new initiatives from ideation to implementation
  • Translate data into trends and insights to drive product roadmaps and benefit enhancements
  • Lead product positioning to effectively convey key messages and unique selling proposition
  • Maintain solid understanding of back-end to front-end product experience for members, plan sponsor and the organization
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Post-secondary education in business, marketing, health sciences or related field.
  • Work Experience: Three to five years of related experience.
  • Other Qualifications:
    • Self-starter with a passion for improving the health and wellness of members
    • Ability to dive deep into the details and identify gaps and opportunities
    • Curious and not afraid to ask questions or imagine new ways of doing things
    • Savvy about the modernization of benefit plans and the role of digital health
    • Confident, efficient and influential communicator
    • Proactive problem solver
    • Independent thinker and work well in an agile environment
    • Ability to prioritize and balance ongoing tasks while moving larger initiatives forward
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office Suite of products including manipulating data
  • Language Skills: Bilingualism is considered an asset.
