New Location - Elmwood Drive - 430 Elmwood DriveWe are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time associate.Our ideal candidate would have 10-20 hrs availability, be able to open or close the store independently, as well as be able to cover shifts if needed throughout the week. Our hours are 11AM – 9PM Sunday, 10AM-10PM Monday - Wednesday and 10AM – 11PM Thursday – Saturday. Must be able to work evenings, weekends as well as statutory and public holidays.Qualifications: · Must possess strong Interpersonal and communication skills· Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service.· Possess a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets· Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail· Must be a proficient user of MS office· Must have a strong willingness to learnResponsibilities: · Attend work on a regular basis and ability to work all shifts· Meet the stores monthly targets and handle budgets· Provide excellent customer service and a comfortable shopping atmosphere through leadership by example and assisting the store leader with training and developing others.· Do inventory correctly and ensure all operations and record keeping standards, policies, and procedures are followed.· Maintain store operations standards by following policies and procedures.· Visually present and sign merchandise on the sales floor by following the standards provided.· Maintain the stores appearance by ensuring merchandise is straightened and the store is clean.· Stock the store by ensuring new merchandise is unpacked and properly placed on the sales floor in a timely and organized manner· Ensure store cleanliness and order at all times· Learn processes for camera systemsJob Type: Part-timeSalary: From $13.75 per hourDay range:
