What you need to succeed:

• You like helping people – this is non-negotiable

• Training and education and/or relevant working experience in customer service or health would be a considered an asset

• You are a problem-solver and learn quickly how to get the best results in any environment
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset but not always required
