Job Description

  • Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving SALES TARGETS.
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service and beyond expectations
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards (Brands coordination, color coordination, and interesting to the eye without clutter)
  • Consistently look for ways to optimize business opportunities.
  • Be committed to personal and professional growth through continuous learning.
  • Ensure sales staff are educated on policies, approach, POS system, store brand, store information and values.
  • Make yourself an EXPERT on brands and ensure ALL staff are up-to-date with product knowledge.
  • Assist local market evaluation, increase awareness, community involvement and bringing in new customers
  • Work with Manager, Assistant Manager and DRO to ensure the right products are on the floor
  • Assist with social media, marketing promotions and events
  • Assist with uploading old product images and description to ecommerce
  • Duties of Sales Associate
  • Other duties to assist the leadership team as required.
