  • You have a permanent full-time remote position upon completion of training (on-site training at the LASIK MD Moncton clinic).

Your tasks at a glance
  • You present treatment options to prospective patients through virtual meetings.
  • You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
  • You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely and in a timely manner.
  • You help meet patients needs by consulting, reassuring and scheduling follow-ups, across different regions.
  • You might be cross-trained to work various clinic roles related to patient care.
A clear view of your assets
  • You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français également.
  • You have an ease with computer tools.
  • You have a broad background in customer service and retention, in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, etc.
  • You have a desire to succeed: being highly motivated, results driven and familiar with client follow-up techniques.
  • You are organized, self-disciplined, have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • You are available to work Monday to Friday (8:30-17:00), with some occasional evenings and weekends.
