Management Training Program Outline: Team Member - Learning the Basics: New candidates will work on the floor in the restaurant and will master all shifts and all job duties. Once you are able to demonstrate that you are able to efficiently work in all of the position, you will move into the Team Lead Role.Team Lead - Supervisory Training: Upon completion of the Team Member position, you will be coached on how to manage positions, organize the floor for maximum efficiency, and ensure the standards of the restaurant are being met, in addition to coaching new team members. Once you are able to demonstrate floor leadership and achieve targets set out by management, you will be move into the Supervisor Role.Supervisor - Management Introduction: In this position you will be responsible for floor leadership and achieving targets set out by management. It will also include an introduction to scheduling, inventory and ordering. During this stage, candidates will be shadowing management and will be on call to deal with scheduling issues, and equipment problems.Assistant Manager - Management Training: In this position you will be responsible for learning how to balance all of the responsibilities associated with running a success restaurant. This position will focus heavily on operational execution, operational standards, effectively managing people, inventory control and the overall profitability of the restaurant.Manager - Management Training Certification: In this position you will be responsible for the overall restaurant. Upon successfully reaching this stage you will be sent to Tim Hortons University to certify your management skills.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 20-45 per weekSalary: From $15.00 per hourSchedule:

  • Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Caledon, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
