Job Description

Cosmetic Physician Partners is in the process of building a network of physician-led medical aesthetic clinics across the United States. Our focus is on providing exceptional leadership, market-leading support services, and a unique brand experience that allows us to deliver exceptional results. Ultimately, our mission is to enhance the quality of life for both our valued clients and team members.We are currently seeking a Director of Strategyamp; Transformation to join our head office in Montréal, QC H3S 1Z4, Canada.As a Director of Strategyamp; Transformation, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with CPP #39;s goals, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture.
  • Transformation Initiatives: Lead transformative initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and financial performance.
  • Financial Management: Manage clinic budgets, conduct financial analyses, and collaborate with the finance team to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, build relationships, and explore avenues for clinic development or acquisitions.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze clinic performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management.
* This position does require travel *Travel schedule: 3 weeks per month, on-site with US-based clinics, Tue to Thu/FriNon travel week: In-office Mon-Tue-Thu, WFH Wedamp; FriQualifications:
  • Relevant and progressive change management, organizational design, management consultant experience
  • Deep organizational change management skills and experience with large complex changes
  • Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to lead and motivate geographically dispersed teams
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, senior management, and other team members
  • Outstanding verbal/written communication, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to form strong collaborative relationships as part of multi-disciplinary teams across functional boundaries
