Job Description

Job SummaryThe Office Clerk is responsible for supporting the Distribution Center team in daily administrative and operational tasks.Key Accountabilities

  • Perform data entry in various reports.
  • Create and complete agency workers profiles in Kronos.
  • Make transfer changes in Kronos.
  • Review worker timesheets, correct missing punches and approve timesheets (agencies and Dollarama).
  • Make changes to workers #39; timesheets when required.
  • Resolve worker issues regarding their rime cards for the punch clock (print outdated cards when required).
  • Perform invoice verification from personnel agencies.
  • Ensure that visitors complete the visitor log, distribute, and retrieve the temporary visitor card.
  • Respond to various Ad hoc requests from management members.
