Job Description

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care Stoney Trail Dental Clinic is searching for an enthusiastic Dental Administrator to join our vibrant team!Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and engaging with patients in-person and over the phone
  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Processing insurance claims and handling billing inquiries
  • Collecting payments and ensuring smooth front-office operations
  • Collaborating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient flow
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a dental office administration of minimum 2 years (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with dental software (experience with Dentrix or similar is an asset)
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude, especially when interacting with patients
